About Our Community

Carolina Arbors was completed in 2019, and has 1,292 homes designed for enjoyable main floor living. This beautiful community was thoughtfully planned with inviting pocket parks, water features, walking trails, dog parks, and a community garden.

Piedmont Hall, our 37,000 square foot award-wining community center, supports a full spectrum of fitness and fun activities inside. It opens to a luxurious outdoor pool, fireplace, social area, and courts for bocce, pickleball, and tennis.

More than 100 interest-based clubs and groups offer an incredible range of opportunities to pursue your passions, or just have fun, with likeminded neighbors. A full-time Lifestyle Director and staff support our clubs and groups while staging entertainment and social events for a community that relishes gathering for fun and good times.

Fitness and Wellness Directors and trainers lead a broad range of enjoyable programs, so all residents have the opportunity to be their best.

Those who prefer going out to play enjoy the pickleball, tennis or bocce courts, walking or running the miles of trails, or hanging at the pool.
